Questions

What fictional place would you most like to go?

This would so have to be HOGWARTS as I’d love to be a Wizard and I’d love to befriend Dobby. He would make the cutest roommate.

What would be the most amazing adventure to go on?

I’d love to hire a camper van and explore as much of Australia I possibly could. Mind you I don’t know if I would ever want to come back to the UK then!

What’s your favourite drink?

RUM, I’m just like a real-life pirate.

What is something that is considered a luxury, but you don’t think you could live without?

I couldn’t live without my pyjamas, matching PJs to be precise. I would be lost without them. I’m sure I’m close to owning more pyjamas than I do everyday clothes, OOPS.

How do you relax after a hard day of work?

I’ve been doing some Zumba video’s on Youtube and I absolutely love how they can de-stress me. Dancing is an amazing cure.

What is the most heartwarming thing you’ve ever seen?

Seeing the look on both sets of my Grandparents on mine and Ross’ Wedding day. It truly was magical to see their smiles and love for us as a couple.

What is one of your favourite smells?

It’s a bit of a bizarre one but I absolutely love the smell of petrol!

Who is/was your most interesting friend?

Here’s where I get a little soppy, it has to be my Husband Ross. He has so many wonderful stories to tell as he was brought up in Zimbabwe and he’s the one person who can give me that push I need to step out my comfort zone, one of the many reasons I LOVE him.

What do you take for granted?

Myself, this is something I’ve recently learnt. I so quick to judge, put myself down that I really need to be embracing the positives and not the negatives.

What’s the best and worst piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Best -YOU DO YOU. I’ve learned to love myself more and to just be ME. At the end of the day, we are all different and well wouldn’t life be boring if we’re all the same. Worst- Never go to bed angry, well I’m quite the opposite sometimes I just need that time and space away and then I actually realise how petty I’ve been!

Hey there! Love your Q&A! I’m newlywed too, and it’s defiantly a change going from girlfriend to wife, even if the relationship relatively stays the same. I love it though. 💖
I think it’s great you’re aware of what you can work on, like not taking yourself for granted. That’s a hard one, but so important.
